Terms and Conditions for Truth Parlor Themes

Truth Parlor FREE, PREMIUM and CUSTOM Themes Conditions

1. USAGE

FREE THEMES: When you download a Truth Parlor FREE theme, you may use it on any site(s) that you host or design for yourself or someone else. 

PREMIUM and CUSTOM THEMES: When you purchase a Truth Parlor PREMIUM or CUSTOM theme as a single license, you may use it on one (1) site concurrently. If you purchase the developer’s license, your may implement it on an unlimited number of sites as long as the usage complies with the rest of the terms and conditions.

2. RESALE

You may not sell a Truth Parlor free, premium or custom theme(s). Unfortunately, we do not have affiliate programs at this point.

3. STYLE.CSS & FOOTER.PHP

FREE THEMES: You must keep the footer intact or make a visible mention that shows ‘Designed by TruthParlor’ with a link to ‘http://TruthParlor.com/wp-themes.html’.

PREMIUM and CUSTOM THEMES: When you purchase a Truth Parlor PREMIUM or CUSTOM theme, you may change all aspects of the footer and anything that is visible to the public, however, we ask that you keep the style.css crediting links intact.

4. MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any modifications to fit your purposes. You may not redistribute or release any modified Truth Parlor theme, free or purchased, as GPL or otherwise.  Please refer to bullet 3 for information on modifications to the footer.php and style.css.

5. OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Truth Parlor. Our products are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

6. REFUND POLICY

Since Truth Parlor is offering non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, we do not issue refunds after the purchase of any themes, which you are responsible for understanding before making a purchase on our site.

7. SUPPORT

Truth Parlor offers these themes and templates ‘as is’ with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party plugins and components. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

8. WARRANTY

Truth Parlor does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with 3rd party plugins or other components or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates. Please unsure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we cannot guarantee that Truth Parlor themes will work with every browser combination.
